The Firm was founded in 2021 as a result of the spin off of the firm Calleja, Maciel, Antúnez y Asociados, S.C. Said division resulted after 28 years of expansion, derived from the decision of the partners who considered it appropriate that each one had the direct specialization of its clients to achieve harmonious and sustained growth in the search for efficiency and mutual competitiveness.

Thus, as of March of this year, the Maciel, Castro & Asociados firm is consolidated, directed, and led by Certified Public Accountant Francisco Martín Maciel Castro.
